FREE FAN MAIL PACKS Fan Mail Packs PLAYER MAIL Fans wishing to write a player on the team can send a letter directly to the player at the 49ers address. Please include a self-addressed, stamped return envelope with your letter. While the team encourages all players to respond to fan mail in a timely manner, it is ultimately up to each player to determine when they respond. As a general rule, please allow four to eight weeks for a response. Players are responsible for their own mail, so staff cannot guarantee your letters or items will be returned. INFORMATION FOR REQUESTS REGARDING PERSONAL SCOREBOARD MESSAGES: Half Board costs $75; consists of approximately three lines with 30 characters per line including space & punctuation. Full Board costs $175; consists of seven lines with 30 characters per line including space & punctuation. The half board usually runs three lines in the middle of the board and appears smaller than the full board, which uses the entire space. If we have a lot of messages to accommodate, the half board may be run in conjunction with another message of a similar nature. All messages are usually up on the scoreboard for approximately 30 seconds. The less words the larger your message will appear. Please make sure you include the date of the game you would like the message to appear, which quarter you would like it to run in, what you would like the message to say, whether you would like half or full board, a credit card number, plus name, phone number and address of the person making the request. We generally try to have an 8x10 photo taken (this is not guaranteed) of the message and mailed out to you; however, due to processing, timing, etc., please do not expect to receive the photo any sooner than a month and a half after the date of the game. We do not have a video camera that will roam the stands and show a person's reaction to a message.
